Whenever an incident occurs no matter the outcome, a timely incident investigation is necessary to determine the cause or causes. Alpha State, along with the help of director Eddie White and Producer Nicola Tate created this short animation to help present a very serious dilemma in a light hearted, fun and engaging manner.
